Hello Rising 7th graders. Welcome to Steppingstone Academy. As part of your experience with us, you will develop your ability to respond to literature through discussion. However, not all great discussion happens in the classroom. Often, scholars will find themselves thinking about the text beyond the confines of a classroom.
This blog is designed to allow you to further our class discussions by writing about the texts. Your posts on this blog can further develop classroom discussions or genereate discussions of the text which we did not cover in class. Here are the rules:
1. Posts must focus on the text being discussed in class.
2. Posts must demonstrate critical thinking.
3. Posts should be in complete sentences and use proper English.
4. Posts should never attack another scholar.
