The Cask Of Amontillado

I enjoyed the "Cask Of Amontillado" very much. I am quite fond of Edgar Allan Poe's short stories. But the reason I enjoyed The "Cask Of Amontillado" is because the killer seemed like a person who had analyzed every thought or step that's going to be made. He seemed mysterious, just as Fortunato did. Though, the killer was quite alluring, Fortunato seewas more of a character that was interested in. Fortunato was irresponsible, unfocused, and demanding. I believe so because he got so drunk that he couldn't even comprehend what was happening to him and what he was getting himself into. He was unfocused because he could not focus on what was happening. Fortunao could only focus on Luchesi not being able to fulfill his purpose. Lastly, though the killer tricked him into coming along with him Fortunato seemed demanding. Before, I knew what was going on Fortunato was saying that basically no matter what, he was going with the killer. Whom he thought, was his "friend", but apparently he was the reason for his death.
